2010 Program Dates: July 6 to August 28

The Apprentice Program is designed as an introduction to the various aspects of theatre, and is for students age 14 and older. Apprentices take daily classes and participate in workshop hours, gaining experience in acting, scenic, costume, and general theatre upkeep.

Class and practicum hours are Monday through Friday from 12pm to 5pm at the Boal Barn Playhouse in Boalsburg

Tuition for the Apprentice program is $50. This fee covers tours, workshops, a black backstage t-shirt, and a one-year membership to SCCT. Scholarships are available for those in need.

Apprentices will have the opportunity to participate as run crew for main season shows and perform in the Apprentice Show (August 27-28).
